Terms of Service
-
Core Call is a 100% U.S.-based provider of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS). Our services are provided over the Internet and require a stable broadband connection.
-
Service Limitations: E911 service may not function in the event of a power outage, broadband service interruption, or if your hardware fails.
Registration of Physical Location: You must provide the accurate physical address where the service will be used. If you move your equipment to a new location, you MUST update your address in the Core Call portal immediately. Failure to update this address will result in emergency services being dispatched to the wrong location.
Network Congestion: There may be a greater possibility of network congestion and/or reduced speed in the routing of an E911 call compared to traditional 911 dialing over public switched telephone networks.
-
Illegal Acts: Using the service to transmit any communication that would violate any law.
Spamming & Robocalling: Use of auto-dialers or sending unsolicited mass communications is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
SHAFT Content: Transmission of any content involving Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, or Tobacco in violation of carrier guidelines.
-
Core Call complies with all U.S. carrier requirements for 10-digit long code messaging.
Consent: You agree that you will only send SMS messages to individuals who have provided "Prior Express Written Consent."
Opt-Out: All marketing messages must include a clear opt-out mechanism (e.g., "Reply STOP to unsubscribe").
-
Our technical support desk is located within the United States.
All customer data and call routing are handled through secure data centers located on U.S. soil.
-
Invoicing: Services are billed monthly in advance.
Taxes and Fees: You are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, as well as regulatory fees (e.g., USF, E911 fees).
Late Fees: Failure to pay invoices on time may result in service suspension or termination.
-
CORE CALL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INTERRUPTION IN SERVICE OR FOR ANY DELAY OR FAILURE IN PERFORMANCE DUE TO CAUSES BEYOND ITS REASONABLE CONTROL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EQUIPMENT FAILURES, NETWORK OUTAGES, OR ACTS OF GOD. IN NO EVENT SHALL CORE CALL’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRIOR ONE (1) MONTH.
-
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
